PHOENIX, Arizona, December 14. EARLIER this month four short course yards American records were broken over the course of three days, and we wanted to know which of those four you thought was the most impressive.

Kevin Cordes' 200 breaststroke record of 1:50.73 won the poll by a large margin with 50.43 percent of the votes. Elizabeth Pelton's 200 backstroke time of 1:48.90 finished in second place with 21.37 percent, and Matt Grevers' 44.55 in the 100 back was third with 18.23 percent. Cordes' 100 breast American record of 51.10 rounded out the voting with 9.97 percent.

Is it Missy Franklin's final high school meet in February, Jack Conger's final high school meet in February, the women's NCAA Division I championships, the men's NCAA Division I championships, the US world championships trials or the long course world championships?
