PHOENIX, Arizona, December 5. THE December issue of Swimming World Magazine is now available for download for Total Access Subscribers!
Every year, Swimming World Magazine uses the December issue to name the World and Regional Swimmers of the Year. This year, the United States' Ryan Lochte earned Swimming World's Male American Swimmer of the Year -- for the third time in four years!
Lochte earned the honor ahead of Brazil's Cesar Cielo, USA's Matt Grevers, Canada's Ryan Cochrane and USA's Conor Dwyer, with an astonishing 17 first-place votes from Swimming World's panel of experts.
Ryan Lochte was also in the running for Swimming World Magazine's Male World Swimmer of the Year, but ended up placing second in the rankings to China's Sun Yang.
