PISCATAWAY, New Jersey, November 22. AT the Frank Elm Invitational this evening on the campus of Rutgers University, West Chester sophomore Victor Polyakov took down the men's 500-yard freestyle NCAA Division II record.

Polyakov raced his way to a 4:20.26, downing the previous mark of 4:21.48 set by Wingate's Iaroslav Denysenko at the 2012 NCAA Championships.
