D’Agostino Joins Coaching Staff at Connecticut

STORRS, Conn., USA, August 23. THE former head coach at the Ardsley Swim Club in New York, Jamie D’Agostino has been named an assistant coach at the University of Connecticut. In addition to recruiting duties, D’Agostino will work with the distance swimmers. D’Agostino has previous coaching experience at the collegiate level at American University.

As an athlete, D’Agostino enjoyed a solid career at Old Dominion and Fordham. In three years at Old Dominion, D’Agostino earned Rookie of the Year honors in the Colonial Athletic Association and was a multiple-time conference champion in the 500 and 1,650 freestyles. As a graduate student at Fordham, D’Agostino earned third place at the Atlantic 10 Conference Championships in the 1,650 free.
