Tamalpais Masters Mixed Team Sets World Relay Record -- June 13, 2005

BURLINGAME, Calif., USA, June 13. THE Tamalpais Aquatic Masters mixed 200 freestyle relay team of Nancy Ridout, Laura Val, Ed Cazalet and Rich Burns established a new Masters swimming world record in the 240-plus age group. The new standard of 2:02.20 narrowly erased the existing time of 2:02.81 held by a team from Great Britain. The record came at the Burlingame Splash and Dash meet held on June 12th in Burlingame, California.
