Swimmers Tie the Knot -- August 26, 1996

Mike Bottom, 40, a member of the ill-fated 1980 U.S. Olympic Team and Allison Bock, 25, a top collegiate sprinter at Auburn University and the University of Southern California tied the knot last Sunday. Bottom, an assistant coach at USC, where he is completing work on a PhD in social psychology, coached U.S. star sprinter Gary Hall Jr., before the Olympic Games in Atlanta last month.
