Ryan Mitchell's recent world record in the 200m breaststroke (sc) will not be ratified by FINA. Mitchell was disqualified in the prelims of the 200m breaststroke at the Australian SC Championships last December. Mitchell was allowed a solo time trial by Australian Swimming, but this violated FINA rule 12.4.
