FSU Men’s, Women’s Swimming & Diving To Compete At Georgia Invitational

The Seminoles will be part of a 16-team field in the three-day event.
ORLANDO, Fla. – The Florida State University men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams will travel to Athens, Ga. this weekend to compete at the 2001 Georgia Invitational on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Nov. 30- Dec. 2). The Seminoles will be competing against ACC members Georgia Tech and Clemson, as well as a pair of squads from Georgia, Florida Atlantic, Minnesota and Alabama. Northwestern and Michigan will be sending their women’s squads only.

Live scoring will be available at www.georgiadogs.com, for fans who wish to keep up with the action as it happens. Preliminary heats begin at 10:30 a.m. on Friday and Saturday with finals set for 6 p.m. On Sunday, competition will start at 9:30 a.m. and the finals will be at 3 p.m.
