COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Mike Moran, chief spokesman for the U.S. Olympic Committee for 18 years, was appointed an assistant executive director as part of a broad restructuring of the committee's headquarters staff. Moran will remain in charge of media and public affairs for the USOC. Bob Condron, associate director of public information and media relations, was promoted to media services director. Other changes: Sheila Walker becomes senior director of sports development, and Benita Fitzgerald-Mosley becomes director of Olympic training centers.
