The Morning Swim Show, May 6, 2011: Life as a Trucker Doesn’t Mean Obesity for Siphiwe Baleka

PHOENIX, Arizona, May 6. SIPHIWE Baleka was one of the more interesting stories to come out of the recent US Masters Swimming national championships, and on today's edition of The Morning Swim Show, he talks about his return to competition after 18 years away.

Baleka also discusses how he has been able to maintain a healthy lifestyle while spending more than 300 days on the road as a truck driver, finding swimming pools and riding his bicycle when opportunities arise. He also talks about his plans to share his lifestyle with other truckers, many of whom are obese. Watch the full show in the video player below and visit SwimmingWorld.TV for more video interviews.
