The Morning Swim Show, Jan. 12, 2011: Clark Campbell on Training Swimmers During Semester Break at Kansas -- January 12, 2011

PHOENIX, Arizona, January 12. CLARK Campbell, the head coach of the Kansas women's swim team, joins The Morning Swim Show in the middle of his team's holiday training to talk about his approach to how swimmers should train between semesters.

Using a quality over quantity philosophy, Campbell mixes in swim meets during the training to keep swimmers reminded of how to race when working hard. He also details a few swimmers to watch this season, including one who could be an NCAA finalist in the backstrokes.
