PHOENIX, Arizona, September 15. MORNING Swim Show regular Elizabeth Beisel joins today's show to look back on a very productive August, both in and out of the pool.

Beisel, now a freshman at the University of Florida, talks about the big changes she's experienced since moving to Gainesville. She also analyzes how she was able to rebound from a less-than-great senior nationals to win two gold medals at the Pan Pacific championships.
