The Morning Swim Show, Aug. 12, 2010: Olympian Greg Burgess Talks About 14-Year Career in Marine Corps

PHOENIX, Arizona, August 12. GREG Burgess, an Olympic silver medalist in the 200 IM in 1992, joins today's edition of The Morning Swim Show to talk about his 14-year career in the Marine Corps.

Burgess, who was recently inducted into the Marine Corps Sports Hall of Fame, talks about the reasons why he enlisted with the Marines in 1996, what the rewards of the job have been and where he has gone in the world. He also talks swimming, particularly the way Michael Phelps and fellow Florida alum Ryan Lochte have dominated the individual medleys.
