PHOENIX, Arizona, July 3. RUDY Garcia-Tolson is more than a Paralympic champion, and on today's edition of The Morning Swim Show, he talks about being the first double above-knee amputee to complete an Ironman triathlon and getting nominated for an ESPY Award.
