Scottish Long Course Nationals: Hannah Miley Doubles On Final Day

GLASGOW, Scotland, June 27. THE last day of the Scottish Long Course Nationals featured a double triumph by Hannah Miley.

Miley first dominated the women's 200 fly with a time of 2:13.63, while Georgia Barton, 14, touched second in 2:17.61. Katie Ambridge completed the top three in 2:18.15.

Miley doubled up with a time of 4:41.88 in the women's 400 IM. That time fell short of her third-ranked season-best effort of 4:35.06 set at the Monaco stop in Mare Nostrum. Aimee Wilmott took second in 4:47.42, while Kayleigh Dawson snatched third in 4:52.83.

Paul Robinson won the men's 50 free in 23.49, while Richard Schafers took second in 23.50. Greig Wilkinson placed third in 23.70. Kristopher Gilchrist touched out Michael Jamieson, 2:13.28 to 2:13.63, in the men's 200 breast. Jamie Ross rounded out the podium with a third-place 2:19.32.

Daniel Fogg topped the men's 1500 free in 15:37.62, while Tom Allen earned second in 15:40.01. Martin Cremin garnered third in 15:42.51.
