USA Swimming Grand Prix, Columbia: Chloe Sutton Finishes Outstanding Meet

COLUMBIA, Missouri, February 15. THE final day of long course meter swimming at the USA Swimming Grand Prix in Columbia provided some more distance action.

Mission Viejo's Chloe Sutton pushed her Grand Prix points total to 55 points – almost double that of her closest competition. Sutton clocked a 16:56.98 in the women's 1500 free for the win, while Parkland's Taylor O'Brien finished second in 17:09.91. O'Brien's teammate Gillian Ryan placed third in 17:30.12.

Davie Nadadores went 1-2 in the men's 800 free. Ricardo Monasterio won in 8:15.82, while teammate Alex Di Giorgio touched second in 8:19.44. Mexico's Arturo Perez Vertti Ferrar completed the top three in 8:24.48.
