PHOENIX, Arizona, January 13. WORLD record holder Cameron van der Burgh is back on The Morning Swim Show, and we bring you an interesting end-of-workout set from coach Chuck Batchelor in our Set of the Week segment.

Van der Burgh talks about getting back into shape after a hectic but productive World Cup series, where he picked up $100,000 as the men's overall winner and more for setting world records in the breaststrokes. Van der Burgh also details some aspects of his stroke, including his pullout that pushes the boundaries of being legal. We also bring you a set from Coach Chuck Batchelor that is perfect for working on underwater technique.
