PHOENIX, Arizona, December 14. OLYMPIAN and Masters world record holder Roque Santos joins today's edition of The Morning Swim Show, and we hear from Curl-Burke Swim Club head coach Rick Curl about tapering.

Santos, who competed in the 1992 Olympics and recently set a Masters world record in the 200 SCM IM, talks about the excitement of seeing young swimmers at the junior nationals, and talks about the joys he gets from racing in Masters. Curl-Burke head coach Rick Curl talks about how a good taper comes from a mentally strong swimmer, and that a coach is not as responsible for a good taper as many would think.
