Cameron van der Burgh, Jessica Hardy Lead World Cup Divisions After Berlin

LAUSANNE, Switzerland, November 15. AFTER a record-breaking weekend in Berlin, the men have a new leader in the World Cup overall trophy standings, while Jessica Hardy of the U.S. extended her lead among the women.

Cameron van der Burgh jumped into a strong lead with 131 points overall among the men, while compatriot Roland Schoeman moved into second with 81 points. Peter Marshall, who led heading into Berlin, dropped to third with 80 points.

Hardy, meanwhile, put some space between her and Sweden's Therese Alshammar. Hardy ended Berlin with 170 points, while Alshammar held 130 points. Australia's Marieke Guehrer rounded out the top three with 79 points.
