Peter Marshall, Jessica Hardy Remain in World Cup Points Lead

LAUSANNE, Switzerland, November 12. IN a release distributed by FINA today, the organization declared that Americans Peter Marshall and Jessica Hardy remained in the lead in their respective divisions of the World Cup points list.

Marshall extended his lead with 80 points total, while South Africa's Cameron van der Burgh sat in second with 66 points. Teammate Roland Schoeman completes the top three with 61 points.

Hardy is in a much closer battle with Sweden's Therese Alshammar. Hardy owns 125 points, while Alshammar is a close second with 123 points. China's Zhao Jing is third with 76 points.

Each winner of their overall points division will earn $100,000 at the end of the circuit. Second place takes $50,000, while third nets $30,000.
