The Morning Swim Show, Nov. 5, 2009: John Wojciechowski on Chasing National H.S. Record; Arizona Demonstrates Tough Dryland Exercise

PHOENIX, Arizona, November 5. JOHN Wojciechowski, one of the top butterflyers in the state, talks about going after the national high school record in the 100 butterfly, and we take a look at a tough dryland exercise at the University of Arizona in today's edition of The Morning Swim Show.

Wojciechowski, a senior at Brophy College Prep in Phoenix, talks about his goals for this weekend's Arizona 5A state meet and why he chose to attend Michigan next fall. For our Dryland Exercise of the Week, Garrett McCaffrey talks to Neil Willey, strength coach at the University of Arizona, about a hamstring and abdominal exercise that looks like a pushup but should use the arms as little as possible.
