Robert Strand Lowers Own FINA Masters World Record -- October 16, 2009
MISSION VIEJO, California, October 16. AT the Mission Viejo Nadadores Short Course Masters Championships earlier this month, Robert Strand, 63, lowered his own FINA Masters world record in the 60-64 200-meter breaststroke.
Strand clocked a swift time of 2:41.69 en route to lowering his previous record of 2:43.32 set back in 2008.
