Relive May 13 Edition of The Morning Swim Show: David Marsh and John Lohn Preview Charlotte UltraSwim; News on Amanda Beard's Pregnancy -- May 13, 2009

PHOENIX, Arizona, May 13. TODAY'S live edition of The Morning Swim Show previewed this week's Charlotte UltraSwim Grand Prix meet with SwimMAC-Carolina head coach David Marsh and Swimming World Magazine senior writer John Lohn.

In case you missed our live show (airing each weekday at 10:30 a.m. MST), you can watch the video below and see host Peter Busch's interview with Marsh, who talked about the media frenzy surrounding the meet, which marks Michael Phelps' return to competition. Lohn and Busch further analyzed the meet, discussing the impact Phelps has had on swimming's exposure in the mainstream. They also discussed the battle in the backstrokes, with Phelps, Ryan Lochte and Aaron Peirsol all fighting for superiority. (Watch only John Lohn's interview here.)
