Relive April 14 Live Edition of The Morning Swim Show: Breaststrokers David Guthrie and Will Colbert on Setting Records, Swimming Inspirations

PHOENIX, Arizona, April 14. TODAY'S live edition of The Morning Swim Show featured a breaststroke theme, with a Masters world record holder and a YMCA national record holder joining the show.

In case you missed our live show (airing each weekday at 10:30 a.m. MST), you can watch the video below and see host Peter Busch's interview with Masters swimmer David Guthrie, who is one of Swimming World's Masters swimmers of the year. Guthrie talks about his late entry into swimming and what kept him motivated to swim when he finally got the opportunity. As an architect, Guthrie discusses his favorite pools, and the circumstances by which he discovered the Texas A&M pool was short last summer.

Busch also talked with Will Colbert, the YMCA national record holder in the men's 100 breast, who talked about the reasons why he chose swimming over the other sports he played as a child. He also talked about his training schedule and how he's excited to see it change in college in the fall.
