PHOENIX, Arizona, March 9. TODAY'S live edition of The Morning Swim Show featured two of the fastest freestylers in the country.

In case you missed our live show (airing each weekday at 10:30 a.m. PDT), you can watch the video below and see host Peter Busch's interview with Auburn senior Matt Targett, who has posted the fastest times in the 50- and 100-yard freestyles heading into the NCAA championships. Targett talks about his goals at the meet, including swimming as fast as possible in all his events, how his college swims are perceived in his home country of Australia and how he prepares for races.

Dana Vollmer of Cal-Berkeley joins the show to talk about her new American record in the 200-yard freestyle and how she's preparing for the tough double of swimming the 100 fly and 200 free – as well as the 800 free relay – at the NCAAs.
