Big 12 Championships: Texas Breaks American Record in 400 Free Relay

COLUMBIA, Missouri, February 28. TEXAS finished the Big 12 Championships with an American record in the men's 400-yard freestyle relay.

The foursome of David Walters (41.92), Benjamin Van Roekel (42.55), Jimmy Feigen (41.95) and Ryan Verlatti (42.75) posted a sterling time of 2:49.17 to clip the previous American record of 2:49.80 set by Texas in 2001.
