Takuro Fujii Sets Japanese Record in 100 Fly

TOKYO, Japan, February 2. AT the Tatsumi International Swimming Center, Takuro Fujii claimed the Japanese record in the men's 100 fly.

Fujii stopped the clock in 51.28 to break the previous record held by Kohei Kawamoto's standard of 51.33. Kawamoto set the record back in September of 2008.

Fujii claimed an Olympic bronze medal as part of the 400 medley relay at the 2008 Beijing Games.
