PHOENIX, Arizona, December 30. THE Morning Swim Show is taking a look back at nine days of the best swimming in history with our year-end series "Nine Days of Beijing."

Day 8 of the series looks back at Michael Phelps' historic eighth gold medal in Beijing, Dara Torres quest to win individual gold and Ous Mellouli's surprise win the 1500 free. Also featured is an interview with 1984 Olympic gold medalist Mike O'Brien, who talks about the strategy he used to win the 1500 free in Los Angeles.
