Dunbar, Krattli Set Masters World Marks -- November 21, 2000

CORONADO, Calif., Nov. 19. SAN Diego Swim Masters swimmers Barbara Dunbar, 51, and Caroline Krattli, 38, continued to post record times at a short course meters meet held in Coronado, CA. on November 19th.

Competing in the 50-54 age group, Dunbar swam a blistering 19:31.34 in the 1500-meter freestyle, slicing over 28 seconds off the previous FINA world & national record of 19:59.03 that she set in 1999.

Krattli lowered her own world and national mark for the 35-39 age group in the 200-meter breaststroke with a time of 2:43.34, bettering her previous best of 2:43.61.
