PHOENIX, Arizona, October 7. TUESDAY'S edition of The Morning Swim Show features interviews with the winners of Sunday's RCP Tiburon Mile swim.

With the help of event announcers Rowdy Gaines and John Naber, viewers will get to hear comments from men's event winner Trent Grimsey, men's second-pace finisher Thomas Lurz and women's winner Britta Kemrau.

Also featured is an interview with Bill Rose, the coach of the Mission Viejo Nadadores, who won the team title at the RCP Tiburon Mile.

In Tips and Tehnique, trainer J.R. Rosania offers some dryland exercises to help improve your butterfly.
