Get Out The Vote! USOC Hall of Fame Class of 2008 Public Vote Now Open

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado, February 27. THE United States Olympic Committee (USOC) announced today that public voting has been opened for the Class of 2008.

You can vote for your favorite nominees now at usolympichalloffame.com until March 28.

Overall, six individual Olympians, one Olympic team and one Paralympian, along with a coach, a veteran and a special contributor, will be honored during the U.S. Olympic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony on June 19.

Among the finalists with aquatics backgrounds are Mary T. Meagher and Amy Van Dyken for the individual honors, while the 1976 Women's Swimming 4×100 Freestyle Relay and 1996 Synchronized Swimming Team are up for the team award. Meanwhile, swimmer John Morgan is up for the Paralympians award.
