Bob Bowman’s Season Plans For Distance Freestylers

PHOENIX, Arizona, December 13. UNIVERSITY of Michigan and Club Wolverine head coach Bob Bowman shares his season-training plans for distance swimmers Peter Vanderkaay and Erik Vendt as they prepare for next year's U.S. Olympic Trials in the Swimming Technique section of the December issue of Swimming World Magazine.

Readers also are offered an inside look at Steve Kuster, NCAA Division III head coach at Williams College. Coach Kuster talks about season planning including holiday training, dryland, mental preparation and tapering on a Division III level.
