Adidas Gives Away Bodysuits -- July 27, 2000

BEAVERTON, Oregon. July 27. Adidas America announced today that since last Friday it has given away almost 300 of its full bodysuits to American swimmers who have qualified for the 2000 U.S. Olympic Swimming Trials. The suits are the same as those worn by Ian Thorpe, Ed Moses, Paul Palmer and others.

According to Jack Buckner, Adidas America's Marketing Director, swimmers who have qualified for the 2000 U.S. Olympic Trials and who would like to receive an Adidas full bodysuit may call Adidas' special swimwear customer service team at: 1-800-289-2724, xt. 4513 through August 8. The suits will be shipped to athletes via two-day FedEx within 24 hours of the order being placed, noted Buckner.
