In the FINA Pre-World Championships/Out-of-Competition Doping Control Program, swimmers Wang Luna, Cai Huijue, Zhang Yi and (Mr.) Wang Wei from the Swimming Federation of the People’s Republic of China tested positive for the banned diuretic.
