Men’s Water Polo Player Mehdi Sebou Provisionally Suspended for Doping Violation

LAUSANNE, Switzerland, July 6. ACCORDING to a release sent out by FINA, men's water polo player Mehdi Sebou of Morocco tested positive for the substance 19- Norandrosterone Metabolite of Nandrolone (Class S.1.1.a Anabolic Androgenic Steroids) during a test on May 8 that took place at the First FINA Men's Water Polo Development Trophy held in Kuwait City, Kuwait.

The FINA Executive decided, as per FINA Rule DC 7.1.12, to provisionally suspend. Sebou from the July 6 until a hearing before the FINA Doping Panel can be made.
