Qing Sets Down Syndrome World Record in 200 I.M.

REGINA, Saskatchewan, February 18. COMPETING at the Speedo Western Canadian Championships, 14-year-old Michael Qing set a Down Syndrome International Swimming Organization world record in the 200 individual medley. Qing clocked a time of 2:45.85 to lower the previous standard of 2:54.85, held by Australia's William Brunsdon.
