Popov Set to Return to Pool -- November 8, 1996

From Reuter's News Service - Alexander Popov has been cleared by his doctors to return to the pool and begin training. After being knifed on a Moscow street in August, Popov had a check up in a Moscow clinic and can start training when he returns on Sunday to Australia, his home for nearly four years.
