Arizona Holds On To PAC 10 Lead -- February 24, 2006

LONG BEACH, California. February, 24. WITH a night of speedy times the PAC 10 is becoming more impressive day by day. There were some upsets and some big wins tonight.

Whitney Myers of Arizona won the 400 IM in 4:14.18 and Stanford's Dana Kirk won the 100 fly with a 52.29. Erin Reilly of Cal posted a win in the 200 free with a stellar 1:45.70.

In the 100 breast Rebecca Soni of USC took down former world record holder Jessica Hardy from Cal with a 1:01.09. Jenna Gresdal nabbed another win for Arizona in the 100 back with her 53.05. USC won the final event of the night, the 400 medley.
