High School Battles Begin -- September 27, 1996

Xavier High School, the #3 ranked team in Swimming World's 1995-96 Mythical High School Championships, co-hosts the Xavier/Brophy Eigth Annual Swimming Invitational this weekend. Xavier will be trying to keep its undeafeated record in this meet in tact, despite the transfer of Emily Mastin to Mesa Dobson. Mastin broke two high school prep records last season. Twenty-Nine teams and approximately 750 swimmers are reportedly scheduled to compete.
