Rutgers to Host Super Splash Starting Today

PISCATAWAY, New Jersey, December 2. AS its women’s program makes noise on the national scene, evident in its top-25 ranking in the latest College Swimming Coaches Association of America poll, Rutgers University will host the Super Splash from today through Sunday. The Scarlet Knights are 3-0 on the women’s side, including a pair of victories in the Big East Conference.

Rutgers has been fueled by the exploits of Kelly Harrigan in the freestyle events and Madi Kennedy in the backstroke and sprint freestyles. Kennedy recently established new school records in the 50 and 100 free events for the Knights, ranked 25th in the country. While the women remain unbeaten, the men have posted one victory against a pair of defeats.
