  • Open the fingers slightly and grab a handful of water.
  • Leverage your body with the entire arm to move yourself forward.
  • Eyes look down and slightly forward.
  • Push the top of your head, not your forehead, through the water.
  • Rotate everything‹shoulders, torso, hips, thighs, knees and feet.
  • Connect the kick at the end of your body to the catch at the front.
