PHOENIX, Arizona, April 14. THE news of Michael Phelps’ upcoming return to competition next week in Arizona is being covered by all major news outlets, and today, Swimming World’s Jeff Commings was a part of ESPN’s “Sportscenter” to analyze Phelps’ road to Rio.
