Morning Swim Show: YMCA National Champion Ryan Held Anxious To Be a Part of the NC State Wolfpack

PHOENIX, Arizona, April 9. YMCA national champion Ryan Held joins today’s edition of The Morning Swim Show.

Though Held won the 50 and 100 freestyles at the meet, he said he was more pleased about his 200 freestyle because it showed his improved endurance. That improvement will come to fruition next fall when he comes to NC State, where he says he’ll be a great contributor on virtually all relays. He talks about going to work with his future teammates early to improve his long course swimming, which might be tested this summer at the USA Swimming nationals.
