Morning Swim Show: Sonia Perez on Making History for Florida International University

PHOENIX, Arizona, April 7. SONIA Perez made history for Florida International University at the NCAA championships, and she talks about her experience at the meet on today’s edition of The Morning Swim Show.

Perez finished 13th in the 400 IM at the NCAA Division I championships, the highest placing for an FIU athlete. She talks about the experience of finding out she had just qualified for her first B final, racing in an outside lane and what she learned from the experience.
