Video: Carsten Vissering Tears Through Independent National High School Record in 100 Breast

GERMANTOWN, Maryland, February 9. IN the finals of the D.C. Metro high school swimming championships, Carsten Vissering blazed through the 100 breaststroke with one of the fastest swims in high school history.

Vissering posted a 53.49 to break the national independent high school record that has stood since 1998.
