Subpar 500 Free “A Blessing in Disguise” for Cammile Adams (Video Interview)

INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, March 21. CAMMILE Adams was expected to get a second swim in the 500-yard freestyle at the 2013 women's NCAA Division I swimming and diving championships, but not getting the opportunity to swim in finals was not necessarily a bad thing, as the Texas A&M junior says in this video interview from the meet.

Adams is looking ahead to the 400 individual medley tomorrow, an event she has performed well in this season. Regarding the 500 freestyle, Adams said she wasn't able to get a second swim last year, and she is hoping the rest she got this evening will help her contend for a title tomorrow.
